Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, industry leading benefits, an experienced, close-knit team, and a flexible work schedule.

The duties of the job include:
- Assist with general ledger accounting and account analysis
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with payroll management, including processing payroll and maintaining employee records
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks via Expensify, to perform tasks efficiently

Experience:
- Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Degree is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
